William James Rowland is a very energetic and wild guy. He loves to party, flirt with girls, and most importantly, prank. He does enjoy what he's studying, and the purpose of it, but he also likes to slack off just because. He and his twin brother think it's their duty to mess with people's heads, and have no problem telling people the brutal truth. Will is a tease, and likes to be the class clown.

Blown up a toilet? We've never blown up a toilet.

There are certain things that have to be in order for anyone to be friends with Will. First, you have to be funny. Second, you have to be friends with his twin brother. Because if you aren't friends with his brother, than how are you friends with him? Third, you have got to have a sense of humor or you'll bore Will to tears. He doesn't tolerate much seriousness, although one friend who keeps him from getting into TOO much trouble would be appreciated.

I'm quite sure that William will have a lot of enemies. He acts a bit arrogant sometimes, and those who get pranked by him obviously wouldn't like it. Plus, he has a rather quick temper, and generally his face turns as red as his hair when he's mad. Also, he can be rather cold and cruel to those he dislikes, and has no problem in doing something harsh to a rival. In his opinion, they deserve it. He has enough respect to ex-girlfriends not to prank them, unless they decide to provoke him.

Now here's the problem any teenage guy should find difficult to face....girls. Will just doesn't understand their up and down emotions. He finds them completely bewildering. Sure, he flirts and so on, but he's never been in a real lasting relationships, and doubts he ever will. He's actually surprisingly shy when it comes to girls he likes, and in this category, his confidence is rather low. If anyone wants to plot something here, i'll be happy.

We pretty much already established with William and Riley. How about they are friends but are getting closer since they have been talking online and stuff. And maybe he can start to have a little crush on her but she doesn't really notice? Wow I suck at relations, haha.

that sounds good. i can see him maybe getting a bit too open, too eager to find someone who will understand him. yeah, maybe he'll start to like her, but he doesn't do well with relationships, so he just sort of hides his feelings. maybe these two could dance together at the masquerade ball and then end up telling each other they both like each other?
